BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
For online booking
1. Determine the booking timeframe
- Choose the type of room according to your needs.
- Select the check-in and check-out dates.
- Agree on the rental duration and cost as per your plan.
2. Payment for booking
- A deposit of 30% - 50% of the total payment is required to lock the booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon successful check-in.
Note:
If changes are made to the schedule, Nghe Home supports customers who notify us 2 weeks in advance.
If the customer does not show up but has informed us 2 weeks in advance, we will assist in rescheduling for the next booking.
3. Booking confirmation
- Nghe Home will confirm the booking and lock the schedule in the system.

For direct booking
After viewing the room and agreeing on the time and price, the customer can place a deposit. Nghe Home will then send a receipt and lock the room schedule.

- Check-in: from 14:00.
- Check-out: before 12:00.
Note: Please check your luggage before leaving. Nghe Home will hold forgotten luggage for a short time, but is not responsible for any loss if the guest does not check thoroughly.
